  Was informed that our Ford Escape needed a new alternator. Quoted us a price and we agreed to it. Informed later on after dropping it off for service that it would cost more as the job is taking longer than expected and they ordered the wrong part (They found this out when it did no fit on the vehicle). We renegotiated a new quote (Refused to pay for additional labour and full price for more expensive part) and they offered a courtesy car. All this was provided only after we pressed the issue and argued for it. This was not offered as it should have been. I guess they assume everyone has spare vehicles. They ended up charging us $25 more than what the agreed upon updated quote was. Horrible service. Take your vehicle somewhere else. Seriously you shouldn't even be reading this review. Just go somewhere else. Pay a little more, save yourselves the headache and feel confident you will be looked after.
